Sushi Fix
I usually go through phases where all I want is Thai food. This will last about 10 days until my stomach is starved for something more substantial, and I'll eat only western food for 10 days. This cycle continues throughout the year, but every once in a while I find myself craving Sushi. So, last week Nuch and I went to a local place, and I got my raw fish fix.
Keeping with tradition, Nuch OD'd on wasabi.
The people sitting next to us brought their cat, Choco. He was very well-behaved, but I thought his leopard-print sweatshirt clashed with his own feline fur. There's something wrong with one genus wearing the skin of another genus within the same family. You don't see humans wearing gorilla-skinned suits - at least, not to dinner.
We got into a long talk about cats and showed them pictures of Tipper and Kitty - I know we're strange, but this lady was nuts. She told us that Choco could talk! With subtle variations of "meaow", he could say "Mom" - maa and "I don't want" - mai ow

Spare Parts
Recently, my battery died, so the GM dealership kindly came to pick up my car and take it to the shop.
Usually, when you get your car fixed in Thailand, the shop will give you the old part to proved that they actually did something - like the battery, a fan belt, or even the empty bottles of motor oil.
This time along with my old battery, my car came back with a large metal piece. I've still no idea where it came from, what it does, or how it's related to a battery. I'm a little nervous because it's big enough to look important - like holding the frame onto the chassis.

Round Peg Square Hole
My buddy introduced me to a new Japanese restaurant in Bangkok. It's famous for its Sake. It's served in little wooden boxes, which I had never seen before. Needless to say, half the Sake ended up on my shirt.
