Back to Osaka. This time Nuch and I traveled beyond the vicinity of the hotel and went downtown.

Apparently the Glico Man advertisement is the Eiffel Tower of Osaka.

I thought I had invented a new way to serve eggs - an omelette combined with a fried egg, which I aptly named a Sunny Side Omelette.  A quick google search and unfortunately, no Nobel Prize for me.

Apparently, butter on toast has been around for a while, too.

So Nuch and I got a fancy new toaster oven last week.

Korat Kraft Beer Pub Krawl

Some buddies came up to Korat for the weekend to explore the city's new hipster craft beer scene - 2 small bars with about 10 seats each.  That Saturday we were the "scene" as we never saw another customer at either bar.

We did get a chance to work on our UNO skills and play a few 1980's video and board games.  The beer was good too.
