RIP Kitty

Sad news, my cat finally passed away due to complications with feline leukemia.  Nuch made sure she had a proper sending off.

Scooby Snacks

One of Nuch's friends has started a cookie business that has really taken off.  She started making these cookies for her family and would share extras with her co-workers.  At some point, she got some requests that turned into regular orders until she eventually bought an industrial-sized oven.

Nuch brought some home and I approved.  They're dry and crisp - not too sweet, but the chocolate flavor still comes through.  They're ideal with a cup of coffee.

Nuch waited for me to try a few before she told me the whole story behind these cookies.  Nuch's friend has two Jack Russell Terriers that she treats like her kids.  Apparently, they had become addicted to chocolate cookies and in an effort to give them a more healthy snack with less sugar, she developed her own brand of dog-friendly cookies.  One day, her husband mistakenly tried one, liked it, and the rest is history.
