Blep

Apparently, "blep" is the technical term for when your cat sticks its tongue out ever so slightly.  Nuch believes Tipper is trying to be cute.  I've read that cats do this because their teeth hurt or their gums have an infection - often caused by Feline Leukemia, which Tipper has.  Nuch prefers the "trying to be cute" explanation

Moo Kra Ta

Nuch was up in Korat last weekend.  Instead of trying to find a fancy new restaurant, we went to a popular Moo Kra Ta restaurant, which basically, serves marinated pork that you cook at your table.

The key to moo kra ta is making sure you cook it enough.  You'll soon find out if you did not.

The Bad And The Ugly

As a rule, I order Eggs Benedict every time I see them on a menu.  So far, the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had were at the Marriott Riverside and a restaurant at the Edinburgh airport.  There have been a few other great ones and many, many good ones, but when you try it every chance you get, you're bound to get a few bad ones.  And so it happened at local Thai/ Western restaurant in the middle of Northeast Thailand.
