Dry Aged Steak

Some pics of the 2nd Steak Tasting with some of my dry aged steaks from the US.

The dry aged offered some unique flavors, but the Japanese Wagyu was the winner - again.

Good Luck 2019

This is a few months old - for the New Year Nuch needed to make sure we get all the good luck we need, so we went to both Thai and Chinese temples to make merit.
