Technology is great.  I've started using Lazada (the Thai version of Amazon) to buy a few things for the house and kitchen. For the most part, I've been happy with the service and the convenience.

However, I had one issue where an Olive Oil atomizer was "delivered" but never showed up. It was only a few bucks and I didn't really need one, so I didn't bother to complain. What did bother me was when (through the power of data mining) an advertisement for the same atomizer was being promoted to me on my Reddit and Facebook feeds.
