Low Cost Manufacturer

I recently discovered one of the ways China keeps their prices so low.  

Here are some pictures of the dormitory at my factory.  This is the manager's room, so it's the nice one.

I can't imagine having to work all day with a group of people, then coming home to eat, live, and sleep with them.
