Thais must think I'm crazy. Every time I order Krapom (Basil) Gai (Chicken), the first thing I do is remove the basil. There's also a mix of oyster sauce and Thai chilies, which are the parts I like, but Thai restaurants don't offer Spicy Oyster Sauce Chicken.
