Basket Of Joy

While perusing the menu at Greyhound, a trendy Thai-western fusion restaurant, their Basket of Joy caught my eye.  The salmon, Italian sausage, salad, duck breast all looked appetizing until I noticed the Berrie Dressing...

which is served like a pint of blood

It could be that I'm simply uncultured and this is a normal serving method.  After all, it was only a few years ago that I learned Tiramisu is an Italian and not a Japanese dessert.
