Team Spirit

My HR Manager came to me with the idea of buying shirts for the factory management team with the company logo on the pocket. The idea was to show appreciation to the staff and at the same time boost morale and build a kind of unity or team spirit.

His first suggestion was a pink shirt with blue lettering - pink doesn't have the same feminine connotations here that it has in the West. I told him no, but anything accept pink would be okay.

To my horror, he came back with Bobby Bowden garnet and gold shirts.

Needless to say, I would have been much happier with pink.
