A couple weeks ago, I was travelling in China with my boss, who is not the most adventurous eater. In particular, he doesn't like food to be served that still looks like the animal that it once was. In Asia, this is a problem with seafood because fish, crabs, and shrimp are typically served with head, claws, body, shell, and tail still intact.
So on our most recent trip, I asked our supplier to keep it simple and just order some rice and chicken, which seemed like a safe bet. No such luck...
