Struggling In the Land Of Smiles

Thailand is the self-proclaimed "Land of Smiles", but apparently, not everyone is laughing.

These were the words I found on the inside of a bathroom stall at a Pub on Kao San Rd.

I'm still not sure if this was written by someone who was having a bad holiday and questioning their existence or simply constipated?
