Sunday Lunch At Suan Thip

As it turned out, my friend Carl's mother was also in Thailand, so on Sunday we joined them at Suan Thip, a traditional Thai restaurant/ garden along the Chao Phraya river.


The food and atmosphere were great, but Carl's daughter, Emily, stole the show.

With a young daughter, Carl's life has gone down a different path from the one we once knew. Here he is with baby purse and pink cowgirl hat.

If you can get over sitting Indian-style for 2 hours, it's a beautiful spot.
