I took this picture from my car window the other day while driving home from work.

Obviously, the friendly, bobble head policeman doll caught my attention. The 7 goons on the right kinda freaked me out.

The message in large print simply says: For safety, please follow traffic laws.

Underneath it says: Because we can make you disappear
